Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app "Toss,” is introducing the “Compliance Program” (CP) for fair trade.

The Compliance Program is a self-regulatory system established and operated by companies to ensure compliance with fair trade laws through training, supervision, and internal policies. The program is designed to enhance corporate transparency and foster a fair competitive environment.

On July 22, Toss held a ceremony for the implementation of the Compliance Program at its headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Moving forward, Toss will establish specific guidelines to ensure the smooth operation of the CP. The company also plans to provide compliance manuals and training to help employees understand fair trade regulations. Additionally, Toss will regularly monitor the effectiveness of fair trade practices while carrying out continuous improvement initiatives.

“Compliance management is essential for a company’s survival and growth,” said Seunggun Lee, CEO of Toss. “The introduction of CP reflects Toss’ core values of autonomy and responsibility, and we will fully support the related efforts and initiatives.”
