Viva Republica, the operator of the financial super app “Toss,” announced that it’s launching its “2025 Toss Community Mass Recruitment.”

The ‘Toss Community’, which includes Toss, Toss Bank, Toss Securities, and Toss Place is holding focused hiring weeks until April 20 to hire up to triple-digit talents across the four affiliates. Toss Community refers to all of the subsidiaries and affiliate companies. A total of 18 positions are open in development, product, data, design, business, and more.
This year, a variety of online and offline programs have been prepared to help applicants gain a better understanding of each position and find ones that suit them. On the recruitment website, a “Special Recruitment Page” is available where applicants can easily browse specific roles such as leadership positions or roles for those with less than five years of experience. Additionally, interviews with current employees are shared to provide insights into the organization and roles. For certain job categories, offline sessions are also arranged, where participants can gather job-related information and network with others.
During each company’s dedicated hiring week, which will be held sequentially over the course of a month, candidates may reapply for positions even if they were previously rejected within the past six months. The schedule is as follows: Toss Bank from March 24 to 30, Toss Place from March 31 to April 6, Toss from April 7 to 13, and Toss Securities from April 14 to 20.

The recruitment process consists of the following stages: resume screening, technical interview, culture interview, and reference check (this step excluded for entry-level candidates).
